Our Story
Bag It Rite kraft paper DNA evidence bags were born as the result of a specific need not being met. All law enforcement personnel across the country needed access to kraft exhibit bags rather than the common plastic seizure bags. Law enforcement personnel needed a bag that combined ease of use for continuity, as well as a closure system to prevent contamination. That tool was not in the toolbox. From that need, our bags were created by police personnel for police personnel. Founded in 2001, the owners and creators of Bag it Rite bags were members of a Serious Crime Unit and a Major Crime Unit. Additional valuable input was also obtained from other front line investigators, forensic identification experts and a crime laboratory. With all of their input, our design was created.
